Review
Morritt's Tortuga Club and Morritt's Grand are adjacent condo resorts that share amenities. They are situated on a large tract of beautiful white sand beach at the remote eastern end of Grand Cayman. Scuba diving and the best windsurfing on the island highlight the numerous available water sports. Manicured gardens and coconut palms accent the low-rise complex and beach. The tastefully decorated condos, with their tiled floors, are fully equipped and well-maintained.
Location
This remote location is a 45 minute drive to most Grand Cayman restaurants and entertainment. Morritt's Shopping Centre is a small shopping plaza located across the street with it's grocery store, liquor store, casual clothing store, and ATM. There are only a few restaurants within a short drive.

Property Mix
Both of these adjacent resorts are a three and four-story complex that occupies seven and one half acres (3 hectares). The Morritt's Grand condos are slightly larger and somewhat of an upgrade over the Tortuga Club. Many of the units are rented as timeshare condos.
Morritt's Tortuga Club consists of 179 units with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom condos. The complex of 6 three story buildings and two pools were completed in 1989.
Morritt's Grand Phase I opened in 2001. It's 40 condos are a mix of 16 one bedroom and 24 two bedroom units. Phase II's 20 condos became available in 2010.
