Sunshine Suites Resort is one of the least expensive places to stay within the Seven Mile Beach neighborhood. The white sand beach is a five minute walk that requires crossing a busy road. This impeccably clean three-story complex was refurbished in 2009. The British colonial tone of the architecture is reflected throughout the property's decor and furnishings. On-site amenities are typical of a mid-range hotel, not a resort. Complimentary services including a continental breakfast. All of the units come with a fully equipped kitchen.
