The Avalon sits on a prime stretch of Seven Mile Beach and is one of the best condo developments on Grand Cayman. This maticulously maintained property is pleasant and stylish. It sits on the edge of a beautiful white sand beach with numerous coconut palms. The swimming pool overlooks the beach and is accented with manicured gardens. All units are spacious, oceanfront, three bedroom three bath condos that were upgraded in 2006. They are well maintained and tastefully decorated with English colonial furnishings.

The Avalon condominiums is located on a prime stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Restaurants are within walking distance and George Town is a 10-minute drive.
