The Silver Sands' low-rise condo complex surrounds carefully manicured grounds that open onto a white sand beach. This late 1970s development was built to high standards and has a modern retro feel. It has been well maintained. The various one, two, and three bedroom units are individually owned and uniquely furnished.

Location
Silver Sands Condominiums is situated at the uncrowded north end of Seven Mile Beach. This location is a bit remote and requires transportation to reach restaurants and shops. A grocery store is less than a mile away while the airport is typically less than a 20 minute drive.
